Inspiration for these mixed media works on canvas include landscapes environments, outer space, microorganisms, swarm theory, emergence, biodiversity, and design like Marimekko and Charles Spencer Anderson Co. I am influenced by Buckminster Fuller's Geodesic Domes in which domes are created through flat shapes, often triangles. I am always interested in the extreme repetition in the work of Agnes Martin and Yayoi Kusama, especially Kusama's Infinity Nets.
