Debra Kayes

Multiples in Part is an installation of various sizes of circular three-dimensional constructions referencing sea creatures from a distance, while possibly unexpectedly containing paper hands or silhouettes of men. In addition to paper, materials include toy railroading grass, paper bags, and cupcake cups. The project was in the solo show Repeat After Me at Saint Xavier University Gallery and Color Theory at the Chicago Artists Coalition Gallery, curated by Susan Aurinko.
